Scar Reduction
Safe & Effective with the FlexSys® Laser
With the FlexSys® laser you can improve both the structure and redness of surgical scars and acne scars. You can achieve impressive results after just two sessions. Unlike a CO2 laser, the treatment not only reduces the palpability of the scar, but also its visibility. To achieve this, the FlexSys® uses two different laser modules which are conveniently united in a single device.
Reduce Redness
To reduce the redness of the scar, the vascular FlexSys® module is used. Its wavelength of 577 nm is ideally absorbed by haemoglobin. This enables targeted vascular treatments. The selective heating of the blood vessels reduces the redness of the scar without damaging the surrounding tissue. This results in an even skin coloring and reduced post-operative erythema.
Improve Structure
You can improve the scar structure with the fractional, non-ablative FlexSys® module. The laser with a wavelength of 1550 nm penetrates deep into the skin and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. The non-ablative treatment refines the skin structure and noticeably smoothes scars. The result is an overall improved texture and elasticity of the skin, without long downtimes.
Both steps of the scar treatment are performed in a single therapy session. With the FlexSys®, you can achieve impressive results and a visibly reduced scar texture after just two sessions. Compared to a high-priced CO2 laser, scar treatment with the inexpensive FlexSys® laser is less aggressive and has fewer side effects.
